How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive it within 2-3 working days. This does not apply to pre-order items, that have varying delivery times.
Where do you ship to?

At the present moment, we only ship domestically within Singapore. However, if you are keen to purchase our products and you are not in Singapore, do feel free to drop us an email at info@bebeloveshop.com, and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

No, once your order is placed, the shipment is transmitted to a third party logistics company that assists with the fulfilment. We strongly recommend that you check through your order and ensure all details are accurate first before submitting it. For any assistance, do email us at info@bebeloveshop.com.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

At Bebe Love, we take pride in offering high-quality mommy and baby products. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges under the following conditions: Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Exchange requests must be made with 7 days of receiving the item. The item must still be in brand-new condition, with all tags and accessories intact. How to request an exchange: Email us at info@bebeloveshop.com with your order number, item details and reason for exchange. Once approved, return the item to us at [25 Ubi Road 4 #04-03 UBIX Singapore 408621] (Shipping costs of $8 for two-way return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer) After inspection, we will process the exchange and send out your replacement item
Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1 year supplier warranty for all defects. This does not extend to damage due to wear and tear. Please retain your proof of purchase in order to exercise your warranty. Items must be purchased from Bebe Love Shop in order to be entitled to the warranty.
